If your domain is for personal, non-commercial use only, you do not need to pay for it.
In addition, you do not need to renew your domain.
We allow you to use our domain for free for the purpose of non-commercial use.
In case your domain is for commercial use, you do not need to pay for registration.
However, you should renew your domain after a year. The renewal cost is $3 a year.
We provide paid domain as well free domain for you.
If you want to register top domain, you should pay a fee.

| 2. Do you offer web hosting service? |
We do not provide web hosting service. We are just domain service registrar.

| 3. Could the service be slow down or even stopped? |
We promise we will run enough servers of sufficient performance to provide you the best service quality. Our servers are located at one of the best Internet data center in the world. It's fast and stable. If you can not access your site or if it's slow, that's mostly because of your ISP or the web server that contains your HTML file. It's very hard to imagine that our server contributes to the slow access speed. There is an easy way you can check it.
In that case, please compare to use your real address with (when you use)our service. If you feel the difference between the mean speeds, please let us know right away. |

| 4. I have just registered but I cannot access my web site. |
| Check whether your real home page address works. If not, the new address won't work too. If it works, probably the target URL, the address of your homepage we have, is incorrect. You can modify it any time at Domain Settings. |

| 5. Are there any cases my domain is deleted? |
Yes, if you violate our rules. We do not redirect illegal/ spam/ adult site. If a domain has these contents, it will be suspended.
Next, we encourage user to have only one account for free. Which means, having a multiple account is a violation of our regulation. Finally, If your site has been rejected by co.cc, it may not a valid url or your redirected site isn't a right site for free domain. Revocation of a registration would usually be done regularly and automatically without notice. You can see the details at Terms of Service. |

Yes. If you donate to co.cc, you can register 100 more free domains in an account.
Here as elsewhere, you cannot redirect illegal, spam and adult site. |
